Negin Bam’s R&D department, as a main pillar of the company, is responsible for designing and developing new products’ formulations as well as for improving the quality of the current products so as to reach the defined goals. To this end, the department utilizes the experienced professionals, the physical and digital libraries including the most up-to-date and most valuable references in the field of chemistry, state-of-the-art facilities, and modern equipment.

The activities of R&D department:

    • Studying analysis methods of raw (unprocessed) materials and products, as well as designing the analysis method (if needed)
    • Pre-formulation and formulation studies
    • Analysis of products, and durability tests
    • Formulation of new products for enhancing the company’s product basket
    • Modification of the formulation of the company’s current products for improving the quality of the products
    • Creation of technical knowledge, and identification of product defects
  • Solving the problems of the production lines

The following are considered as the activities conducted in the laboratories of Negin Bam Company so that the provided product is distributed to the consumers with the highest standards: ensuring that the quality requirements of the product are met; verifying this based on the product standard and on precautionary approach to manufacturing the products which are not in compliance with the standards; and also correctly performing the tests based on the standards of the test methods.

All the laboratories of Negin Bam Company, considered as quality control units, have the following divisions: in-process quality control (IPQC); documentation division; and also the controls relevant to the raw materials, the packaging supplies, the semi-finished materials, and the final products.

The quality control of the raw materials and of the products based on the valid instructions derived from the latest references of quality management standards (ISO 9001:2015) and of national and international standards (e.g., ASTM, KES, PSA, PPG, and DIN ) is the responsibility of the quality control division.

The in-process quality control (IPQC) division is responsible for monitoring all the stages of the manufacturing and of the packaging so as to ensure the compliance with the laws at all stages of production – from the weighing stage to the packaging stage.

The documentation division is responsible for standardization of the test methods and for updating them based on the latest editions of the resources.

Another responsibly of the laboratory includes controlling the environmental variable parameters (e.g., temperature, and humidity in different parts of the production, warehouses and so on). The presence of highly-trained, experienced staff is one of the strengths of the laboratory, which results in this division being able to carry out all the tests based on the latest editions of the valid resources.

Negin Bam Laboratories have been equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for all necessary tests, the most important of which are the GC system and the atomic absorption spectroscopy instrument.

Negin Bam Co. has the laboratories equipped with modern equipment in three areas of sealers and underbody coatings, instrumental analyses, and chemicals and paints.
